Capital-Executive operates under a Safety Management System in compliance with the IMO's ISM code. Capital-Executive's management system also complies with the Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001, the Occupational Health & Safety Management System ("OHSAS") 45001 and Energy Management Standard ISO 50001.

The compliance of Capital-Executive with all of the above standards is certified by Lloyds Register of Shipping.

Capital-Executive considers the good health and wellbeing of its crews as a number one priority. To this end, the Company applies best practice policies regarding medical assistance, providing global 24/7 telemedicine support for its crews on board and ashore including: medical advice by ten different medical specialties (GP/ER specialist, Cardiologist, Orthopedic, General Surgeon, Dermatologist, ENT specialist, Ophthalmologist, Dentist/Stomatologist, Neurologist, Gynecologist) through a multilingual call center, incident prevention with periodical crew medical tests, fact & measurement-based medical on-board diagnosis, analysis of logistics and medical emergency levels to find most appropriate deviation solution, when necessary utilizing global mapping of medical facilities and providers, continuity of medical provisions onshore, with onboard case history provided to hospital & medical providers. Capital-Executive crewing offices also utilize the above services in order to check the health of crew members before embarkation and supplement or confirm the accuracy of their health certificates.
